Download the Strike Force Fan Zone app from the App Store or Google Play. Tap "Get Started" and sign up using your email, phone number, or Google/Apple account. Complete your profile to start earning points.
How do I earn loyalty points?
You earn points by engaging with the app: attending games (check in at Frontwave Arena), making game predictions, completing surveys, collecting player cards, and more. Visit the "Earn Rewards" section in the app to see all available activities and their point values.
How do I redeem rewards?
Go to the Rewards section in the app to browse available rewards. When you have enough points, tap "Redeem" on any reward. Depending on the reward type, you may receive a discount code, digital ticket, or instructions for claiming your prize.
How do Kid Accounts work?
Parents can create supervised Kid Accounts through the app's profile settings. Kids get their own login with a PIN and can make predictions, collect cards, and earn points — all under the parent's account. Parents can manage or delete kid accounts at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to your Profile in the app, scroll to Settings, and tap "Delete My Data." This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
The app isn't working. What should I do?
Try these steps: close and reopen the app, check that you have the latest version from the App Store or Google Play, ensure you have a stable internet connection, and restart your device.
